This is a Special Agent that is obsessed with shiny things! The Nutty Magpie flies around in a circle shape on the track, and, when it sees a lead bloon (or any other bloon that is shiny:P), it will zip to that bloon and rip the shiny parts off! However, it has a range circle, and it can only target bloons within its moving range circle. This agent can pop lead, but does not attack Ceramic Bloons, as they don't shine. It costs 85 Monkey Money.
