Special Missions are a feature in Thermoxin's Bloons Tower Defense 7 that return from Bloons Tower Defense 5. There are many special missions to complete, with various limitations and augmentations in play.

Standard

The Wizarding World of Bloony Potter
- Only Wizard Monkeys allowed. Medium on Logs, 100 rounds. Heroes allowed: Potter

Dartstorm
- Only towers that use darts allowed, with upgrades that change the weapon being blocked (e.g. 1/x/x, x/4/x, and x/x/3 for Super Monkey, and 3/x/x and x/3/x for Dartling Gunner). Heroes allowed: None

Protect Monkey Town
- Identical to the Bloons TD 5 version, except instead of the Village being upgrades to 3/x, it's upgraded to x/x/4. Heroes allowed: Any

5/5/5 Towers

No 5/5/5 towers can be sold or sacrificed under any circumstances.

Nuclear Plasma Riflebow Fan Club Master (Dart Monkey)
- WIP

Perma-Charged MOAB Lord (Boomerang Monkey)
- This mission starts on Inlets, Medium, Round 30, with $5,000, and with one 5/5/5 Boomerang Monkey. However, it will destroy your most expensive tower every round. If there are no other towers, you will fail the mission. This mission ends on Round 80.

Mr. Freeze (Ice Monkey)
- WIP

Wizard Lord (Wizard Monkey)
- This mission starts on Lightning Scar, Medium, Round 30, with $5,000, and with one 5/5/5 Wizard Monkey. However, it will sacrifice your two most expensive towers every round, and convert them into 2/2/2 Wizard Monkeys. If there are no other towers (excluding the 2/2/2 Wizard Monkeys, which cannot be sacrificed), you will fail the mission. This mission ends on Round 80.
- Reward: Wizard Lord Monkey Knowledge

Perfect Chaos (Naiad Monkey)
- This mission starts on Station Square, Medium, Round 30, with $5,000, and with one 5/5/5 Naiad Monkey. However, it will absorb your most expensive tower every round, gaining its pierce, damage, attack speed, and range. If there are no other towers, you will fail the mission. This mission ends on Round 80.

Mr. Freeze is a reference to a well-known Batman villain of the same name.
Perfect Chaos is a reference to the final form of Chaos from Sonic Adventure.
Ultimate Spidermonkey is a reference to Ultimate Spidermonkey from Ben 10.
Super Monkio is a reference to Mario's Super Star powerup from many mainline Mario games.
Planet of the Apes is a reference to the movie franchise of the same name.
High Energy Beacon is a reference to the old 4/x Monkey Village in Bloons Tower Defense 5.
Point Blank is a reference to firing a gun a very short distance away from the target.
