For the Bloons that can have these properties, see BTD7: Worlds Collide/Bloons.

All properties can be applied to MOAB-class Bloons (and vice versa). They can stack over each other and have the exact same effect on them unless specifically said otherwise in a sub-section.

Yes, this is a mess. No, I don't know how to fix it.

Camo[]

IMPORTANT! Camo Bloons are very dangerous since most Towers cannot hit them. They can only be hit by Towers that can detect Camo Bloons, such as Quincy at level 5 and/or Dart Monkeys with the Enhanced Eyesight upgrade. In an emergency, use Track Spikes to pop them.
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Camo Bloons.

Effect[]

Camo Bloons cannot be seen nor popped monkeys unless they have certain upgrades.

Appearance[]

Bloons have camo paint that is a darker version of the colour of the Bloon on them. (e.g. Green Bloon has dark green camo paint)

Regrow[]

Regrowth Bloons are heart-shaped bloons that grow one extra layer every second, up to their original form. They can become extremely dangerous if the Regrowth Bloon can split into two other bloons, those bloons can regenerate back into their original parent, and would eventually cause a chain reaction of bloons being multiplied.
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Regrowth Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons regrow popped layers back, up to the initial layer.

Appearance[]

Bloons are heart-shaped.

Regen[]

Regen is a special variant of Regrow that is given to MOAB-class Bloons. Instead of regrowing layers one by one, MOAB-class Bloons regenerate their health back instead. This property can allow MOAB-class Bloons to regen up to their base health, making this property very dangerous if not handled correctly.

Effect[]

MOAB-class Bloons slowly regenerate their health back. Regenerates faster if it has not received damage.

Appearance[]

MOAB-class Bloons are heart-shaped.

Fortified[]

The Bloons have developed new armour to put on Bloons! Fortified Bloons have double the health of the regular Bloon (quadruple health for Lead Bloons) and take away double the lives, so make sure your defence is good enough to handle them!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Fortified Bloons.

Effect[]

Quadruple health for Leads, double health for everything else including Ceramic Bloons and MOAB-class Bloons.

Appearance[]

Bloons have two metal bands wrapped around them horizontally. MOAB-class Bloons (including the BAD) are fortified vertically.

Unstoppable[]

Unstoppable is a hidden property that only the BAD has. It grants immunity to stun, knockback and slowdown.

Effect[]

Bloons are completely immune to stun, knockback and slowdown.

Appearance[]

None

Shielded[]

As the name suggests, shielded bloons have a shield around them, which takes 5 hits to be destroyed. For MOAB-class bloons, the shield takes 50 hits to be destroyed instead. A horde of Shielded Bloons can easily overwhelm your defence, so prepare your firepower!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Shielded Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons can tank 5 more hits (50 for MOAB-class bloons)

Appearance[]

Bloons have a translucent shield with a shock symbol on them.

Zombie[]

When fully popped, this bloon leaves a gravestone on the track. In the next round, a non-zombie version of the Bloon popped will spawn from the gravestone.
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Zombie Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons leave a gravestone on the ground and resurrect to full health and properties next round after being popped. Once they resurrect, the Zombie property is lost.

Appearance[]

Bloons have stitches on the top. MOAB-class Bloons have stitches holding them together.

Ghost[]

Ghost Bloons are immune to physical attacks, making weapons like darts, bombs, and boomerangs useless against them. Only energy, fire, and magic attacks will pop Ghost Bloons.
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Ghost Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons cannot be hurt at all by physical attacks (like darts, bombs and boomerangs) and can only be hurt by magic, fire or energy attacks. This is basically a reverse Purple Bloon.

Appearance[]

Regular Bloons have a glowing white aura, like Purple Bloons, and also have ghostly drapes that feature sinister smiling faces. MOAB-Class Bloons have a full ghostly appearance over their bodies to indicate their Ghost property, and they slowly turn into skeletons as they take more and more damage.

Reinforced[]

These shield-shaped Bloons are shaped like those for a reason. They can tank one more hit for every layer they have; this means the stronger the Bloon is, the beefier they are with this!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Reinforced Bloons.

Reinforced is the cousin of Fortified, but unlike Fortified it can be applied to any Bloon.

Effect[]

Reinforced Bloons can tank one more hit for every layer they have.

Warp[]

IMPORTANT! Bloons with the Warp property move slightly faster but the big kicker is when they pop: Their children are released further down the track, completely circumventing spike piles and even towers!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Warp Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons are slightly faster and their children are released further down the track.

Appearance[]

Bloons have a spiral effect on their rubber and give off magical particles.

Multi-Warp[]

IMPORTANT! These Warp Ceramics don’t do what you think they do. For any Bloon that can take multiple hits without getting popped, they’ll warp themselves down the track instead of their children!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Multi-Warp Bloons.

Multi-Warp is a special type of Warp that is given to Bloons that can tank multiple hits instead of the regular Warp.

Effect[]

Bloons are slightly faster and warp themselves (not their children) down the track bit by bit each time they’re hit.

Appearance[]

Same as Warp.

Distraction[]

IMPORTANT! These attention-seeking Bloons have a bright-red exclamation mark on them that forces every tower (in the radius of ability) to target that Bloon, regardless of any targeting options!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Distraction Bloons.

Effect[]

Forces all towers in the radius of ability to attack the Bloon, regardless of targeting options, whenever they use the ability.

Radius[]

Distract

Appearance[]

Bloons have a bright-red exclamation on their rubber that flashes when using the ability.

Burst[]

Bloons with the Burst property pop into 5 copies of itself if they’re hit even once. An even more powerful variant, Super Burst, pops into 10 copies! Ouch!
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Burst Bloons.

Effect[]

Bloons burst into 5 copies of itself when hit. This effect only lasts for one hit.

Appearance[]

Bloons will have an image of an explosion on it. This is lost upon bursting.

Super Burst[]

You remember that second variant of Burst that I talked about briefly? Here it is! In case you forgot, Super Burst pops into 10 copies instead of 5.
— In-game warning when you first encounter the Super Burst Bloons.

Super Burst is a powerful variant of Burst that is encountered rarely on rounds before ramping and is encountered often on rounds after ramping.

Effect[]

Bloons burst into 10 copies of itself when hit. This effect only lasts for one hit.

Appearance[]

Bloons will have an image of two explosions on it. This is lost upon super bursting.
